I absolutely love my Avery Necklace now, but it took a bit of extra care to get there and I have to say, the customer service team really made all the difference. When the necklace first arrived, I wasn’t in love with the color of the stone stone, it didn’t have the exact look I was hoping for. So, I called customer service, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They found a different stone for me, sent it out right away, and even included a return label for the original necklace. The whole process was easy, stress-free, and incredibly professional.
