At Marahlago LLC, we make every effort to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our pieces in full detail, some pieces may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, size may vary slightly. On our site, we provide the measurement of each piece based on our manufacturing specifications.

Return Policy
Marahlago LLC is committed to complete customer satisfaction. Marahlago LLC takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise that we are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase made online or over the telephone for any reason at all; Marahlago LLC will refund that purchase within 14 days from the original purchase date. The contents of the package must be in their original condition and secure within the box. For your security, do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box.
Marahlago LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Marahlago LLC will process your return upon receipt of the package. Marahlago LLC must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged or suffered any wear and tear during the 14-day period.
Exchange Policy
All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any item may be exchanged within 14 days. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the exchange.

Shipping options:
We offer free shipping on all US orders. Orders under $100 are shipped USPS. Orders over $100 are shipped FedEx 2-Day.
Handling Time:
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
Custom Orders take 6-10 weeks to ship. Please note: custom orders placed during the month of February may take up to 14 weeks to ship.
All custom orders will be shipped via FedEx 2-Day.
Limited Warranty
Marahlago LLC’ offers a free 1-year manufacturer warranty. If something is wrong due to faulty workmanship, contact our Customer Support with pictures of your piece and purchase date. Our Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care or negligence, normal wear and tear, misuse, or mishandling. Altering our bracelets in any way, such as bending it to fit, constitutes improper use. This action may compromise the integrity of the bracelet and voids the warranty. Any work performed by a jeweler other than Marahlago LLC automatically voids the warranty. Any ring resizing voids the warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain insurance against loss or damage not covered by the warranty.
