WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders that are placed before 5pm EST, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day.
Orders that are placed after 5pm EST, or on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays, will be processed on the next business day.
We cannot ship to a Post Office box. If you have a special request, call us and we’ll make arrangements for you to receive your package.
When your order has shipped, we’ll notify you by email and include a tracking number.
FREE 3 DAY SHIPPING
We ship FREE to all U.S. states except Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories. You can expect your order within three days from the date of shipment. Please note: an adult signature is required for FedEx deliveries.
IF THERE’S ANY DAMAGE
If your package arrives showing any signs of damage, please refuse the shipment and call us immediately at (310) 910-3833. Be sure to retain all packing materials. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. Marahlago is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
Shipping to locations outside of the U.S. is FREE on all orders amounting to $300USD or more. Orders under $300USD that are shipped to locations outside of the U.S. are charged an additional $20 for shipping costs. We’ll notify you of the estimated delivery date when the order has shipped but the arrival date will depend on transport times and customs clearance procedures. Please note that some countries charge additional fees for customs clearances. If the country you’re shipping to isn’t shown in the drop-down list during checkout, you can call us and we’ll let you know the shipping costs.
