Got it as a gift from my husband while we family vacationing on a cruise. The chain broke after 1 day wearing. As soon as I got home, I called Marahlago directly and spoke to the representative about my mishaps. The representative name is Courtney, and she is very helpful. She asked me to send in the necklace so it can be replaced. Wish that she offers to cover the shipping cost. Had to spend extra money to send in the broken chain. Got the replacement within a week.
