Beautiful bracelet but it’s nearly impossible to close it or open it, I can barely pull it apart or pull it closed. I’m afraid it will break So I have to say customer service is amazing they sent me an exchange and a return label. And the bracelet I got is just as gorgeous. Thank you

I love this ring. It is very sturdy and made extremely well. It does run a bit small so make sure to order the correct size. I initially ordered the size I normally wear and it was too small. The customer service was excellent and did let me exchange for a bigger size.
