I phoned Marahlago and after apologizes for their mistake assured me the necklace would be immediately shipped and the bracelet's return their cost, of course. And, while I would have thought it was a precarious close --- couldn't it loosen? Slip off? The spring connection is the best. But only following the BEAUTY of this piece. The different colors-blue, white, and a hint of green. Good sturdy cord. I did happen to find a cut in one of the stones that was not polished out. I hope that won't weaken the stone.
