I had the original version of this bracelet with a faulty clasp which caused me to loose it! Marahlago was so great about it they replaced the new version of the bracelet (with an updated clasp) free of charge, no questions asked! I absolutely love this piece and wear it all the time now!!! I have matching necklace and now all I'm missing is the earrings! Maybe someday soon I'll get a gift from my husband :)

I purchased my first piece of Marahlago jewelry on the Emerald Princess cruise ship it was a magnificent ring from the Dante collection and after that I was hooked at the workmanship and quality of the jewelry. I got so many compliments on that ring, since then I own 4 more pieces from the Messina collection. I look at the purchases of Marahlago as an investment in fine jewelry, I will enjoy wearing my pieces and enjoy all of the compliments I get.

The Marina Ring I received to replace my ring that had become to big because I lost some weight. (more about their excellent customer service later) I loved it the minute I saw it. I came up with a little story on why this ring means so much to me. First are the two beautiful Larimar stones - these represent my husband and I. We have been together almost 43 years, 40 of those married. The three White Topaz down the middle stand for yesterday, today and tomorrow for my husband and myself. The White Topaz stones on the outer sides of the Larimar stand for my sons and their families again for yesterday, today and tomorrow - hoping they will have the same lasting, wonderful marriages as their father and I. AND I can not say enough about Marahlago's customer service. I have never dealt with a company that cares so much for their customers! The customer appreciation gift I received in December is another example of that. I had my doubts in this world of spams and scams. When I received the email tell me to watch for it in my mail, I was highly skeptical. I waited to receive another email saying to send money for shipping and handling. After some research it looked true but I still wasn't sure. I could hardly believe it when I received that package in the mail. And such beautiful pieces. When Marahlago says that their shoppers are more than customers, they're family the mean it. My husband buys me Marahlago for our anniversary every October when we go to Vero Beach Florida. He buys them from a little shop there named Exclusive Coastal. I can't wait to see what I get for our 40th. :) If anyone is thinking about purchasing any jewelry with the Larimar stone I would highly recommend getting something from Marahlago. The stone is absolutely beautiful. The color so reminds me of the ocean. It was an anniversary gift from my husband. I was devastated when I caught it on a door handle and broke it. I had registered for the warranty online when I received it but had my doubts they the would even consider fixing it since it was my fault. I called them and the customer service was so friendly and helpful. They had me send it to them, although they couldn't fix that one they sent be a replacement with the same beautiful stone and quality workmanship as the original. They answered my questions and we emailed back and forth, they answer emails almost immediately. I can not say enough about Marahlago's customer service. I have never dealt with a company that cares so much for their customers! The customer appreciation gift I received in December is another example of that. These are my go-to ML earrings because of my love of the design. Would be five stars except the silver (especially around the flower) seems to tarnish more easily than my other ML pieces do. When I take the time to remove the tarnish with the ML cloth they do look like new again though.

My husband knew how much I loved it, and replaced it that next Christmas. Unfortunately my second bracelet lost a stone. I decided to contact Marah Lago to have it repaired, and to my great surprise it was replaced with a new bracelet. I was SO VERY impressed with the customer service, I am one happy Marah Lago customer.
