I saw this jewelry for the first time in Avalon on Catalina Island. I fell in love with every piece in the display! At the time it wasn’t in my budget to indulge myself. I returned to Catalina over New Years holiday and to the Island Threads store to show my boyfriend this wonderful collection. To my wonderful surprise it was on sale! I purchased the hook for my boyfriend and the manta ray for myself. I get compliments all the time about my beautiful necklace😊 I hope to purchase a bracelet in the future.

I was a bit concerned with ordering on-line since I wasn't able to see the necklace in person. However, it was actually much nicer upon arrival. The pictures on web are good - but can only do so much! The ordering process was easy, and the necklace was shipped/recieved just in time for the holidays!

I had been seeing Marahlago for years while on different cruises. Several years ago I bought the 3 piece Naples set (which I absolutely love) but could not find the ring. So early in 2017 I found the basic oval ring which is a perfect match in shape and color to my Naples set. The beautiful basic oval earrings were an anniversary gift from my husband this past year and they are wonderful! The size of the stone is large but they are not heavy and the color is a perfect match to the basic oval ring! I love them and all my Marahlago!!!

Funny story behind this piece. It has become a tradition for my husband to buy me a new Marahlago necklace on our trips to Florida. The first couple times it took me a couple trips to the store and probably a couple hours to choose which one I wanted. With this piece it took me no time at all. I seen it and thought a turtle how cool and pretty. I'll take it, so a couple months after being back home I was wearing it at work and a lady commented on my pretty heart necklace. I said thank you and it is actually a turtle. She said yes that too. I looked down at my necklace and started laughing because sure as it was the turtle is shaped as a heart. I can't believe I didn't even notice that when I chose it I only seen a turtle.
