I'm not a jewelry person. I have the same wedding set I got 33 years ago. But we were out browsing and when I saw this ring, I fell in love with it. I hesitated but couldn't put it back in the case. Started just to get the bead for my Pandora (which is what I went after) but went back and broke down. Not only that my husband insisted on earrings too. He probably thinks this gets him out of our anniversary in June but if he was smart he would buy me a necklace. I wear the ring everyday to work since I got back to the states and there has been a day that has gone by that someone has commented on the uniqueness of the stone. I just had to have the earrings and necklace to go with it. The necklace has two beautiful blue marbled-perfectly stones. It matches everything I wear. I wear Marahlago's Larimar nearly every day. It is by far the prettiest Larimar available. Every time we visit Florida, I must find another piece.
