I absolutely love my Serenade Pendant necklace. Beautiful. Very happy with the size. Receive compliments on the neckline everyplace I go. My girlfriend saw it the day I received and jumped out on website to purchase one too! The adjustable chain was hard to figure out, however, I took to a jeweler who showed me how to work it, (pull, not pinch).

I have collected many of your pieces over the years and have appreciated the quality. I recently purchased 3 charm bracelets and was disappointed, one was much larger than the other 2, so it isn't the "stacked" look I wanted. I spent enough to receive the gift charm bracelet, which was much lesser quality than the others. Lastly, you should know that my envelope arrived unsealed, where the tape strip was never peeled off to secure the closure of the envelope. It arrived open. I will be honest, I was disappointed and not sure if I would order again.
