Yes, all sterling silver will tarnish over time. Marahlago jewelry is finished with Rhodium plating to enhance the shine and also help to protect the silver from tarnishing. The main culprits are accidental exposure to sulfur or chlorine in things like body lotions, detergents and sweat. The best thing you can do to preserve the brilliance of your jewelry is to wipe it clean at the end of day and remove and residue that may be sitting on the silver that will accelerate tarnishing while it being stored.
