This was a gift and fed ex misplaced the first one, they quickly sent another and then fed ex found it so they had sent a return label in case so I dropped it in the mail back. No muss no fuss. The customer service is excellent, the piece was so lovely in fact we bought a ring, earrings to match and they gave us a bracelet as a free gift. I couldn't say nicer things about this company.
