Unfortunately one of the bracelets is flawed in my opinion and not functional. The stones do not lay flat on her wrist from what I believe being strung too tight and it takes two people to tighten and loosen the cord to take it off. I would appreciate a replacement and I can return this one so you can see the problem. The other matching bracelet works fine. I’m surprised this was not cought and checked for functionality before it was sent out. Please advise.
