I was very pleased with my process I had trouble with on line so I called the number I got a real person a super nice lady took my order and said She would get it out today and in two days I would receive. I was excited the first few pieces I bought was on a cruise and I loved them though I would have to go on another cruise so this was great I bought 3 necklaces the Sirena heart , Spectral, and Naples necklace. I did receive in 2 days and they were packaged so beautiful! The color s are wonderful I feel like so lucky to get them and wear them. Love ,love love them . I absolutely love my pendant but not even 6 months of wearing it the slide chain broke. Every other neckchain I had ever gotten with my other pendant where standard chains that did not slide. Disappointed that I spent extra for the slide chain and it didn't last even a year! I did register my piece this time and I did email about the chain breakage issue with absolutely no response. This whole issue was very disappointing and honestly I think I will think twice about buying another piece of Marahlago. Hopfully this will reach you and you will be able to make things right.
