The Fastest way to resolve this will be to get in touch at [email protected] or call us at 310-910-3833, Mon - Fri, 9 AM to 5 PM PST. Just have your Order number and exact wrist measurement ready for us. If your order is within the 14-day exchange period and we have the size you need in stock, we should be able to send out the correct size right away. If not in stock, we may need to make it in the correct size and that can take upto 8 weeks.

One important issue is to improve you clasp, it is not very easy to clip the clasp to the tinyest ring at the end. Hopefully get the last few rings a little large.
