Our larimar stones are securely set, and resizing the ring could damage the stone or compromise the setting. But donβt worryβyou have options: If you purchased your ring on marahlago.com and it's within our return/exchange window, weβre happy to exchange it for the correct size (if available). If it's outside the return window, please send us some pictures of your ring at [email protected]. We are also available at 310-910-3833, MonβFri, 9 AM to 5 PM PST.

The Fastest way to resolve this will be to get in touch at [email protected] or call us at 310-910-3833, Mon - Fri, 9 AM to 5 PM PST. Just let us know your order number and the correct ring size that you would like.
If your order is within the 14-day exchange period and we have the size you need in stock, we should be able to send out the correct size right away. If not we may need to make it in the correct size and that can take up to 8 weeks.
