Just let us know your Order number and your exact wrist measurement for us to calculate what size of a bracelet you need. If your order is within the 14-day exchange period and we have the size you need in stock, we should be able to send out the correct size right away. If not we may need to make it in the correct size and that can take upto 8 weeks.
