Custom pieces are specially made to order and typically take 6 to 8 weeks for production before they’re ready to ship.

If you're unsure of your ring size, we recommend two easy options:
Purchase a ring sizer to measure your finger, they generally cost around $6 on Amazon and are the most reliable way to measure any finger.
Use the free sizing app linked in the “Size” tab on our ring product pages. It lets you measure an existing ring quickly and easily right from your phone.

If you have a Marahlago ring that’s the wrong size, please note that it cannot be resized, our larimar is so securely set that resizing could damage the stone or compromise the setting.
But don’t worry—you have options:
If your ring was purchased on marahlago.com, is within the return/exchange window and we have your size in stock, we’ll gladly exchange it for the correct size.
If it was purchased elsewhere or is outside the return window, please contact us at [email protected] or call 310-910-3833, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST. We're here to help.

If your ring size isn’t available—or if you need a half size—you can order a custom-made piece. Your ring will be crafted just for you and typically takes about 8 weeks to complete. To order a custom size, simply select your desired size from the “Size” tab on any of our ring product pages.

If your order is within the 14-day exchange period and we have the size you need in stock, we should be able to send out the correct size right away. If not we may need to make it in the correct size and that can take up to 8 weeks.
